Reservation Details and Terms

Guests are welcome to check in from 16.00

Breakfast is usually served between 08.30 and 09.30

Dinner is served at 19.30 starting with aperetif on the terrace or in the lounge

We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 11.00 on the day of departure so that we can prepare the rooms for the next visitors

A deposit of 30 euros per room per night is required to secure reservation – 

Deposit payments can be paid by direct bank transfer to our French bank account (we recommend Transferwise) or by credit card (VAD). Balance of payment must be made in euros (card, cash or cheque)

We accept credit cards.

Tax de Séjour (local government tourist tax) is 0,60€ per person per night

We will send you a contract d’hébergement via the Gites de France portal, with full terms and conditions which you will be asked to sign and return – a scanned copy is fine.

Deposits are non refundable. Cancellation fee of the full amount of the reservation will apply if you cancel your booking within 7 days of the date of arrival.

All facilities are used at the guests own risk.

We do not allow guests to bring any pets.

The swimming pool is protected with an immersion alarm, which detects anyone falling in the water. We ask guests to deactivate the alarm when they are swimming and to reactivate it when they leave the pool area.  At night and out of season, the pool is covered with a security cover.

Whilst we welcome children (we have them ourselves!) we do have a large unfenced lake at the bottom of the garden, as well as an unfenced swimming pool area, so parents of small mobile children (aged 1-5) may want to consider if this is a suitable holiday location.  We do not supervise your children, but we expect you to do so.
